- Non Arrivals will be charged the full
rate of their booking made at the time.
- Cancellations or Curtail of bookings,
if you cancel or curtail your booking there will be no charge if the alteration
does not fall within 6 weeks of the first day of your booking, however you will
lose the deposit of £25.00 per room that you had paid in order to cover
administration charges. If the cancellation does fall within the 6 weeks prior
to the booking then you will be liable for the full cost unless we are able to
re-let your room. We strongly recomend you take out travel/holiday insurance to
cover any such events.
- Credit/Debit card payments made to the
proprietor in order to guarantee a booking, it is agreed between parties that
in the event of a non arrival, cancellation, or curtial that the proprietor may
debit the guests credit/debit card with the full amount of the cancellation
terms set out as above.
- The Term Bed & Breakfast (Guest House)
Entitles the guest to a bed for the night & breakfast in the morning.
The room they occupy, & its contents, remains the property of the
proprietor. Occupation of the room between 10.30am & 4.30pm will be at the
proprietors discretion. Please leave the rooms in a clean and orderly fashion
to enable us to offer you a satisfactory stay.
